After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

AI Assistant and Automated Messaging
Moonlight Longevity uses automated tools, including an AI-powered virtual assistant, to help respond to messages and comments on our social media channels (such as Instagram direct messages), particularly outside of business hours or when our team is unavailable.
The virtual assistant is not a licensed medical professional and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, dosing, or any opinion specific to your condition. Any information it shares is general and educational only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Communicating with our virtual assistant, or messaging us through Instagram or other social channels, does not create a provider-patient relationship. That relationship is formed only through a formal consultation and intake with a licensed provider at Moonlight Longevity.
Nothing communicated by the assistant is a promise or guarantee of any result, outcome, or the suitability, safety, or effectiveness of any treatment for you. Individual results vary, and all treatment decisions are made by a licensed provider based on an in-person evaluation.
Replies you receive may be generated by an automated system, sent by a member of our team, or both, and a team member may take over a conversation at any time. The assistant may invite you to book a consultation so a provider can address your questions properly.
Social media direct messages are not a secure or private channel. Please do not share personal health information, medical history, photos of medical conditions, or other sensitive information through these channels. Anything you send is subject to the platform's own terms and privacy practices.
Our virtual assistant and social media messaging are not monitored for emergencies and should never be used for urgent or emergency medical needs. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately.
Instagram and other social platforms, and any third-party booking or scheduling links we provide (such as MyAestheticRecord or Zenoti), are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. Moonlight Longevity is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of those platforms.
